Here are some pictures from Uncle Chuck's funeral service. At the age of 76 and in poor health, he found a new church and told the pastor, "I will do whatever you need me to do. I will even scrub toilets." He was a minister himself for decades and gave his life in service. He has a beautiful family. It was great to see my first cousins, some I only see once every 15 years or so. It was an honor to be there and worship with family. Another reminder that all that matters in this short life is love, family, and faith.

It was GREAT seeing you too Leah! Thank you so much for joining us in celebrating the life of my dad. I added your blog as a link on mine so I'll be reminded to visit it frequently. There is also a link on my blog to a separate blog on myspace that I don't use quite as regularly, but you can see more pics and stuff on my myspace page. Thanks again for letting us crash at your place - Will really enjoyed you and Russ. I'm so blessed with such an amazing family!!
Thank you my beautiful sister for sharing the pictures of our cousins I miss so very much. I am so sorry I was not there. We do have a wonderful family. Uncle Chuck left a great posterity. I love him and will miss his gentle presence.
