Summer Fun Foho Style...

A lot of jumping off our favorite bridge.
An Air Soft picnic. We were good bb reloaders.
This guy at this age is actually an official card carrying member of the NRA!!!!
Sarah finished her summer intensive dance program where her favorite part was learning how to fall down.

And what do you do when you're grounded from electronics for a week?
An hour and a half in the blazing sun selling popsicles, ice cream bars, and lemonade equals 26 bucks profit. Not bad! I love Chad's enthusiasm as it's always his idea to ride his bike going door to door on several streets taking orders. No fear. His ride around the neighborhood brought in most of our business. Sarah even sold a bunch of jewelry she made for 2 cents each (may need to raise some prices!).

Sarah is camping outside tonight and making her own tent out of pitchforks, shovels, and blankets because Mom is too lazy to pitch a real tent. Her creativity and determination make me proud.
And Saturday I went on 5 dates!!!! In one day! One with each of the kids and one at night with Russ. Now that is my kind of Saturday! One on one dates: my favorite part about being a mom!!!

You will always love having captured these moments in pictures and blogs. It's an online scrapbook and your children will treasure your blog forever. They will always remember these things because you took the time to record them. Have you thought about printing them? Your blog is a treasure. It's like a multimedia journal. (I loved the homemade tent. It reminded me of when we would throw a blanket over the scrub oak in Colorado to make a fort.--Remember?)
